ABOUT THE ROLE
Creative is the biggest lever in our Performance Marketing team. We're looking for a Creative Strategist who owns ad creative from idea to impact: you turn product and market analysis into winning playable ads concepts, direct the design and developer team who build them, and read performance data to keep making them better. It's a role for someone who thinks in both creative hooks and conversion metrics, and who loves finding the next winning angle.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Research products, audiences, competitors, and creative trends to uncover new playable ads opportunities
Turn product and market analysis into clear, high-performing ad playable ads concepts
Write actionable creative briefs and direct the design and developer teams to bring concepts to life
Plan and manage creative production cycles end-to-end - clear priorities, fast iteration, steady output for the Performance Marketing team to test and scale
Review creative performance metrics (CTR, CVR, IPM, CPI, ROAS) and turn insights into the next round of concepts
Use AI tools to speed up ideation, explore variations, and raise creative quality

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
4+ years in creative strategy, creative production, or performance marketing for mobile apps/games; Experience at a top-tier game or app company is a strong plus
A track record of creative that drove real performance (installs, ROAS, scaling), not just creative for its own sake
Strong research and analysis: able to study products, audiences, competitors, and extract actionable creative insights
Confident reading creative performance metrics (CTR, CVR, IPM, CPI) and turning data into improvements
Strong visual sense (composition, layout, pacing) and the ability to give structured, actionable feedback
AI mindset: familiar with or eager to adopt AI tools for ideation, variation, analysis, and workflow acceleration
Skilled at writing clear briefs and communicating with cross-functional teams
Good English (written and reading)

Monthly Salary: Competitive and negotiable based on experience
Guaranteed Pay: 13th-month salary and 100% gross salary during probation.

Statutory contributions (SI, HI, UI) based on 100% of gross salary.
5-day working per week (Monday to Friday)
12 days of paid annual leave & 3 well-being off days
