We are currently expanding our ENGINEERING SERVICES and are looking for a Data Entry & Platform Operator to join our growing team and help deliver high-quality projects to our clients
Job Description
Insurance data entry operation
Process insurance claim orders information into a CRM system and then into the client software
Schedule insurance orders and confirm these appointments by email to the insured.
Create insurance action and assign them to the expert within strict deadlines.
Other data and platform operations
Accurately enter data into water management systems and databases. Check the accuracy and consistency of the data entered, report any anomalies or inconsistencies identified to supervisor
Perform manual annotation of data (text, images, audio, video) according to well-defined protocols and instructions. Classify, label and categorize data accurately
Clean, format and standardize raw data.
Enrich data with relevant metadata
Qualifications
Good office skills - Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook, ...), CRM Systems (preferred)
Strong verbal communication skills in English
Experience using Power BI is a strong advantage
Excellent attention to detail to produce accurate work
Excellent time management skills with an emphasis on delivery and meeting delivery schedules.
Self-motivated and enthusiastic and able to work as part of a team.
Ability to work in an organized fashion, to achieve deadlines
