problems using appropriate Data Analytics and Data Science methodologies and
concepts.
●​ Data Quality & Governance: Ensure data accuracy, appropriate data modelling, data
cleansing, schema management, and identification of relevant data attributes across
analytics solutions.
●​ Predictive & Segmentation Analytics: Guide the application of predictive modelling,
statistical analysis, and segmentation techniques to generate insights and support
business and sales decisions.
●​ Process & Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve analytics
processes, tools, dashboards, and user experience, while evaluating relevant
technologies and analytical approaches.
●​ Issue Resolution & System Integration: Oversee and promptly address analytics and
system-related issues. Collaborate with vendors and relevant stakeholders to resolve
integration challenges and ensure reliable operation across systems.
●​ Knowledge Sharing & User Enablement: Support knowledge sharing and provide
technical training to users, ensuring analytics solutions and insights can be effectively
understood and utilized.
●​ Insight Communication: Translate complex datasets and analytical findings into clear
business insights, recommendations, and storytelling materials for internal and
external stakeholders.
